  On the Friday afternoon before Mother's Day I called for a floral arrangement to be sent out to a Delta Airlines employee. The first two florists I phoned acted too busy to deal with me (yes, it is likely a busier day than most). Then Monica at Flower Cottage answered, used a friendly and knowlegeable tone in her voice, said "absolutely no problem" in delivering flowers within three hours, and helped me pick from options like both an expert and a friend. The arrangement was amazing and lasted. I'll use them from now on.
