  Great customer service!!! The crew here at East Point was "A" OK with me! Even with the wait the reps and the environment made it worth the wait.

  Belinda is a horrible customer service rep. Her tones and choice of words were very unprofessional and condescending and were used to make me feel unintelligent and/or child like. The end result was me not making a purchase. Please do what is necessary to make this a customer friendly environment.
